Minor Hall Expansion Environmental Assessment

This document, on which David Early served as Principal-in-Charge, considered concerns regarding hazardous materials, historic resources, visual impacts, and campus circulation regarding the expansion of the School of Optometry at Minor Hall. The project included an addition of a fifth story on an existing four-story building, with resulting increases in building mass and laboratory space. The assessment process resulted in an Initial Study and a Mitigated Negative Declaration that allowed the University to proceed with the project without a full EIR.*
