David Early completed visual simulations of various types of single-family residential development in Larkspur, which served as the basis for the City's reassessment of slope development and subdivision requirements. The simulations showed the differences in massing and community character that resulted from the application of the same zoning standards in areas with differing slope characteristics and lot patterns.*
