Davis General Plan Update

DC&E compiled and wrote the City of Davis General Plan Update, using input from 14 separate citizens' committees. The project completely revised the City's General Plan by using an innovative plan format and a community participation process that involved hundreds of residents. Major issues resolved through the planning process included growth boundaries, financing of improvements, and connections from Interstate 80 into the city.
