DC&E assisted Bay Area Economics in the preparation of an economic, land use, and market assessment of two areas in Albany to determine the potential for new revenue-generating commercial development.  DC&E analyzed land use and design issues for the study, and prepared conceptual site plans of alternative development schemes for the study areas.
