Windsor Housing Element Update

As a subconsultant to Bay Area Economics, DC&E is preparing the site inventory and environmental review for the Town of Windsor 2009-2014 Housing Element Update. For the site inventory, DC&E will identify land suitable for residential development and analyze the ability of this land to meet the Town’s housing needs for all income levels. DC&E will also evaluate the feasibility of redevelopment of non-vacant sites, considering factors such as the constraints presented by existing development, recent development trends, market conditions, and existing and proposed incentives. For the environmental review, DC&E will prepare an Initial Study to determine if any environmental impacts are anticipated from the adoption of the Housing Element Update. DC&E is anticipating that a Mitigated Negative Declaration will be appropriate CEQA document for this project.
