DC&E worked with the City of Larkspur to formulate an overall development policy for a 36-acre site located on East Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.  The steeply-sloping site is comprised of four parcels: the City-owned Miwok Park, the former Ross Valley Sanitation District wastewater plant site, and two privately owned parcels.  Issues identified in the planning process included appropriate types of hillside development, preservation of views of Mt. Tamalpais, and enhancement of natural on-site amenities such as Tubb Lake.
