Countywide Wireless Communication Study and Ordinance

Solano County

Due to the increasing demand for personal and business communications devices, Solano County hired DC&E to prepare comprehensive policies and guidelines governing the orderly development of wireless communication technologies and facilities. DC&E prepared a Countywide Communication Study and Ordinance that included consistent, implementable and durable standards to guide staff and project proponents in the timely processing of communications development proposals, including a model lease for use by the County.
