Morgan Hill General Plan Update and EIR

DC&E worked with Crawford, Multari and Clark Associates to prepare the City of Morgan Hill's General Plan Update. DC&E oversaw a comprehensive team of technical experts to prepare the EIR and provide environmental review of issues including noise, air quality, historical resources, biological resources, infrastructure and geology. DC&E also prepared the Urban Design Element of the General Plan Update. As part of this effort, DC&E identified potential design opportunities and constraints within the City of Morgan Hill. Finally, DC&E led several meetings as part of a community input process.
