Ceres Community Center Feasibility Study

DC&E prepared a needs assessment, conceptual program, conceptual plans and an operating budget for a new community facility in the Central Valley town of Ceres. The needs assessment was based on interviews with local service providers and public workshops, with additional input from the City Council. DC&E translated the needs assessment into a building program for the new community center, and identified potential building sites for the facility. The preferred site was analyzed for appropriate conformance with the program needs of the community. DC&E developed preliminary renovation estimates and identified public and private funding sources for the facility.
