Downtown Fresno Neighborhood Community Development Corporation

Working as a subconsultant to Pyatok Associates, DC&E assisted residents of Fresno's downtown Jefferson Neighborhood in crafting a vision for their future. The Neighborhood Plan looked at potential housing and commercial development within the context of a low-income community in close proximity to the downtown and a major hospital. Key issues included the balance between infill and new development, historic restoration, traffic and circulation. DC&E also helped to conduct multi-cultural planning workshops that included Anglos, Latinos and Among residents.
