Bay Area Rapid Transit District, as a subconsultant to Moore, Iacofano and Goltsman

DC&E has been selected to serve as a part of a team led by Moore, Iacofano and Goltsman to supply a wide range of environmental, engineering and planning services to BART.  DC&E is responsible for assisting with land use and urban design issues, particularly in regard to station planning.
