General Plan Update for the Town of Hillsborough. DC&E prepared a comprehensive revision of the Town of Hillsborough’s General Plan and supporting CEQA document. The updated General Plan reflects changes that had occurred in the Town since the Plan was last updated in 1993, and also provides new guidance to achieve the community’s goals regarding design, circulation and appropriate land uses. As part of the General Plan Update, DC&E worked with a Steering Committee that provided input on goals, policies and the administrative draft General Plan. The General Plan Update program coordinated with the Residential Design Guidelines that DC&E also prepared for the Town.
