Municipal Services Review

City of Lodi

DC&E prepared a Municipal Services Review (MSR) and Sphere of Influence (SOI) study for the City of Lodi in compliance with the 2000 Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Act. The MSR demonstrates that the City’s planning boundaries can adequately be served by City services such as Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services, Law Enforcement, Water Supply and Treatment, Wastewater Collection and Treatment, Stormwater Drainage, Electrical Utility, and Public Services (Schools, Libraries, Transportation). The MSR was approved by the San Joaquin County Local Area Formation Commission (LAFCO).
