Hoffman/Via Monte and Edenvale Strong Neighborhoods Initiative Plans

DC&E conducted community facilitiation processes to assist the Hoffman/Via Monte and Edenvale neighborhoods in updating their Strong Neighborhoods Initiative (SNI) Plans. The previous SNI Plans listed community initiatives that needed to be completed to improve each neighborhood, and most of these had already been accomplished. With theses successes in hand, DC&E conducted a series of bilingual community workshops to reach consensus on new high-priority initiatives, and also developed conceptual designs for specific projects. The process resulted in updated visions, goals and Strategic Action Plans for each neighborhood, as well as Action Plan Matrices indicating specific actions to be taken and the entities responsible for implementation.
