Haste-Channing Student Housing Project EIR

David Early served as project manager for this EIR for a new mixed-use building in the Southside area adjacent to UC Berkeley's main campus. The analysis focused on issues such as local land use policy, urban design compatibility, bicycle and pedestrian circulation, parking, noise, and public service and utility impacts. Mr. Early also oversaw the preparation of visual simulations of the proposed building design and prepared a complete visual analysis of the project.*
