City of Sonoma

This EIR, managed by David Early, evaluated the effects of development of a 127-unit subdivision in southwestern Sonoma. The EIR included a full analysis of all potential environmental effects and the creation of several alternative site plans that would mitigate identified impacts and more closely conform to the pattern of urban development in Sonoma.*
