Mount Burdell Telecommunications Project EIR

The rapid expansion of cellular telephone service has created a need for new telecommunications facilities throughout California. This project, for which David Early served as principal-in-charge, assessed the environmental impacts of constructing one such facility on the visibly prominent peak of Mount Burdell in northern Marin County. The EIR identified the project's potential effects on biotic, cultural and visual resources, and recommended mitigation measures to minimize these effects.*
