Fryer Creek Village Expanded Initial Study

This EIR, managed by David Early, evaluated the visual compatibility, traffic generation, flooding and biotics issues associated with an affordable housing project in southwest Sonoma.  Four special studies, with appropriate mitigation measures, were packaged as a Draft EIR for community review.
