Heavenly Valley Ski Resort Expansion EIR/EIS

Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and the U.S. Forest Service

David Early advised staff at Brady and Associates in the completion of this visual assessment for the expansion of the Heavenly Valley ski resort in the Lake Tahoe basin on the California/Nevada line. The proposed project included a gondola, new ski runs and lifts, and skier-support facilities. The visual assessment included computer simulations of the proposed additions, and was formatted to meet the requirements of both the U.S. Forest Service and the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency.*
