Burbank Housing Corporation and the City of Healdsburg

Working for both a local non-profit housing developer and the City of Healdsburg, David Early served as principal-in-charge for both a FONSI and a Mitigated Negative Declaration regarding an affordable housing project near Highway 101 in Healdsburg. The assessment included a review of a number of environmental factors, such as compatibility with surrounding land uses, freeway noise, site biotics and landmark trees, an on-site creek, and surrounding historic structures.*
