LARKSPUR FERRY ACQUISITION ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

David Early served as project manager for the initial phases of this study of the effects of increased ferry service and associated land-side traffic at the Larkspur Ferry Terminal. Key issues under consideration included shoreline erosion, wetlands preservation, views to and from the Bay, and traffic congestion. Mr. Early designed a streamlined environmental review process that included full data collection and analysis at an early date, in order to determine whether a Negative Declaration/FONSI or a full EIR/EIS would be required for the project.*
