St. Francis Place Expanded Initial Study

DC&E prepared an Expanded Initial Study with extensive background reports for this proposed residential subdivision in southwestern Sonoma.  The project involved extensive biological and hydrological studies to characterize the population of vernal pools and an endangered plant known as Baker's blennosperma on the site, as well as an evaluation of transportation and school impacts.
