Marina Condominiums Phase II Initial Study and Negative Declaration

DC&E prepared an Initial Study and Negative Declaration as well as Planning Commission, City Council and Design Review Staff Reports for a 116-condominium project on the marina waterfront in Benicia. The key issues in the project were public access, viewshed preservation, the provision of affordable housing, geology and the settling of filled soils.
