Benicia Industries Warehouse Initial Study and Negative Declaration

DC&E prepared an Initial Study under CEQA for a proposed rice warehouse at the Port of Benicia. The Initial Study evaluated the project's conformance with applicable planning policies, potential hazardous materials concerns, and traffic impacts. The project also included a full urban design analysis for consideration by the City's Design Review Board, which included a review of building massing, building height, architectural detailing and view blockage.
