Willard Park Light and Glare Study

DC&E completed an Initial Study and Negative Declaration for a ballfield lighting project at Willard Middle School. The study analyzed the impacts from the installation of new lightposts, as well as noise and traffic impacts due to expanded hours of field use. In order to address neighborhood concerns, DC&E also created a Project Features Implementation Plan designating responsible parties for field maintenance and use. The project is part of a broader City effort to expand recreational field availability for the City's youth.
