DC&E conducted an environmental review of a General Plan Amendment and two related residential projects in the Town Center area of the City of Clayton.  The projects were proposed on a 15-acre infill parcel designated for commercial use in the General Plan and the Town Center Specific Plan.  DC&E completed an Initial Study and Negative Declaration for the Plan Amendments and the proposed development projects.  The entire project resulted in 40 single family homes and up to 120 units of affordable senior housing.  It also expanded the City's trail system, making the connection between the downtown and equestrian trails to the east.
