Logvy Site Initial Study

DC&E prepared an Initial Study for the City of Calistoga's proposal to develop recreational uses and meeting facilities on the 10-acre Logvy property along the Napa River in central Calistoga. Potential public uses include ballfields, playgrounds, a community center and/or a swimming pool. Implementation of the project and its associated Master Plan required a General Plan Amendment and re-zoning of the property for public use. The Initial Study is comprehensive in scope, and provides the basis for the preparation of a Negative Declaration.
