San Francisco Wastewater Treatment Plant Environmental Review Assistance

DC&E assisted this local community group in reviewing the City of San Francisco's Environmental Impact Report on the expansion of the City's wastewater treatment plant.  DC&E commented on procedural issues regarding the EIR, the range of alternatives studied, and technical issues regarding plant loading capacity.  DC&E also assisted the community group in identifying alternative technologies that might be used to reduce the need for plant expansion and the construction of the cross-town tunnel
