Soscol Bridge Construction Environmental Review

City of Napa, as a sub-consultant to Boyle Engineering

DC&E conducted an environmental review of the construction of a new bridge on Soscol Avenue over the planned Napa River Bypass, which is a component of the Napa River Flood Reduction Project.  The environmental review process included a visual quality assessment of the proposed bridge design and an investigation of historic buildings and archaeologically significant resources on and near the site. DC&E was responsible for coordinating with all involved federal and state agencies throughout the bridge design process.
