Otterson Drive Extension EIR

DC&E prepared the EIR for a road extension that would connect an industrial zone on the outskirts of Chico to a major arterial. The most direct route would entail at least one crossing of a creek currently designated as a greenway in the City General Plan. The project included three separate road segments, one of which had three alternative alignments. DC&E assisted the City in assessing the environmental impacts of various components of the project and designed an alternative alignment to significantly reduce the impact on the creek.
