Maxwell Bridge Replacement Environmental Assessment

As a sub-consultant to URS, DC&E conducted visual analyses of the proposed Maxwell Bridge replacement and helped prepare permitting materials. A DC&E contractor created computer simulations of the replacement bridge, which were posted on the City's web site, allowing members of the public to view and comment on the proposed bridge design. The DC&E team also created simulations depicting potential glare impacts from vehicle lights on the bridge. DC&E's work on permitting materials included biological studies for inclusion in federal agency permit applications.
