The Oyster Point Boulevard area of South San Francisco is part of growing high-tech and bio-medical business community replacing the historically industrial uses. Trammel Crow Company hired DC&E to author two separate Initial Studies and Negative Declarations for two separate phases of its office development in the area. The studies focused on visual and traffic impacts, shoreline access and hazardous materials remediation.
