Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and the Army Corps of Engineers

As a continuation of the environmental analysis conducted by DC&E for the Napa River Flood Reduction Project, DC&E completed a supplemental Environmental Assessment and Initial Study describing the potential environmental effects of proposed modifications to the Flood Protection Project on the east side of the Napa River in the area of the Maxwell Bridge.  Modifications included relocation of the Wine Train Railroad, related at-grade crossings and the temporary detour of Imola Avenue.
