UC Merced Long Range Development Plan EIR

As a subconsultant to URS Corporation, DC&E was responsible for several sections of the EIR on the development plan for UC's tenth campus, to be located on the outskirts of Merced, in the San Joaquin Valley. DC&E completed the EIR sections on aesthetics and visual issues; agricultural resources; land use and planning; population, employment and housing; public services and utilities. In addition, DC&E collaborated with URS in assessing growth inducement and on the EIR's alternative analysis.
