DC&E prepared an Initial Study, and later an EIR, on the Marbella Housing Subdivision, a 280-unit high density, planned residential development, proposed to be constructed of the few remaining undeveloped parcels in the City of South San Francisco. The EIR focused on impacts regarding traffic, biological resources, visual resources, noise and jobs/housing balance. It also analyzed a lower-density alternative.
