City of Napa, as a sub-consultant to J. Mueller International

The city of Napa is replacing the safety rails and making other minor adjustments to three existing bridges over the Napa River at West Pueblo Avenue, West County Avenue and Seminary Street.  DC&E is preparing Categorical Exemption/Categorical Exclusions to fulfill CEQA and NEPA requirements for all three projects.
