Valpico/South Macarthur Development Projects Initial Study and Negative Declaration

DC&E prepared an Initial Study and Negative Declaration on two commercial projects and one residential development located at the northwest corner of Macarthur Road and Valpico Road in Tracy.  The Initial Study included three technical memoranda addressing traffic, biology and hazardous waste issues.  DC&E conducted an urban design study to explore the best ways to connect the commercial projects to the adjoining neighborhood.  In addition, as part of the land use review, DC&E evaluated the potential for pedestrian connections between the residential and commercial projects.
