DC&E conducted a review of the permitting requirements for the design of a segment of the Bay Trail as part of an office development project in South San Francisco. The project included review of the design plans in relation to comments and permitting requirements from the Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC), and provision of comments to Alexandria Real Estate Equities’ designers to help ensure project approval.
