Infrastructure Master Plan Environmental Review

City of Hughson

DC&E provided environmental review services for the City of Hughson’s Water System Master Plan, Storm Drainage Master Plan, Street Master Plan and Transportation Impact Analysis Guidelines. These documents are implementation tools to ensure that adequate infrastructure and public services are provided to support future development allowed by the City’s 2005 General Plan. DC&E helped the City to comply with CEQA by developing a single Initial Study and Negative Declaration for all four documents that tiers off of the General Plan EIR previously prepared by DC&E.
