Reynolds Ranch Environmental Review

City of Lodi

In 2006, the City of Lodi certified an EIR for a 225-acre mixed-use development project consisting of residences, retail and office space, a hotel, a senior care facility, a school and a park. Due to project modifications that included a reconfigured site plan and new uses, the City asked DC&E to prepare an Addendum to the existing EIR. DC&E conducted a comprehensive review of the findings of the 2006 EIR to determine whether the modified project would result in any new significant impacts beyond those already identified and mitigated in the certified document. Given the nature of the modifications and an expected increase in the number of vehicle trips generated, key issues of concern were noise, traffic and air quality. DC&E coordinated with technical subconsultants responsible for analyzing these issues and completed the Addendum within budget on a fast-track schedule.
