Conference Center Feasibility Study

DC&E worked as a subconsultant to Bay Area Economics to ascertain the feasibility of establishing a conference center on Cal State Hayward's Contra Costa County campus in Concord. DC&E completed site assessments, environmental pre-screening and facility design, leading up to a vision for the conference center that the campus will use for future fund-raising and project development.
