29th Avenue Gateway Landscaping

WMA prepared the landscape design and construction documents for the renovation of the entrance to Oakland from Alameda at 29th Avenue, just east of the Park Street Bridge. The project included analysis of site constraints, circulation patterns, and safe site distances; coordination of sidewalk, stair and railing improvements; design of the plant palette and irrigation system; and field observation and inspection.
