Cryer Site Park Design
City of Oakland.
DC&E is developing design development drawings and construction documents for the City of Oakland’s Cryer Site Park, a part of the Oakland Waterfront Promenade Master Plan. This high profile project will enhance the Bay Trail connection through the site and create waterfront access in a new public park on a site that was once home to an industrial boat builder. The design will create wetland habitat and treat stormwater run-off through the use of bio-remediation swales. DC&E is coordinating its work with the California Coastal Commission, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and the Bay Conservation Development Commission.
