Point Reyes Affordable Homes Public Input Process

DC&E facilitated a series of public workshops in Point Reyes Station, in unincorporated Marin County. These workshops began the process of developing a community consensus in favor of a proposed affordable housing project which the community initially perceived as a liability. The housing project was ultimately endorsed in a formal vote by 71 percent of the local residents.
