Capitola Housing Element Update Meeting Facilitation

As part of Capitola’s Housing Element Update, DC&E facilitated a community meeting that educated the public about the Housing Element process while gathering input from the public about Capitola’s housing issues and needs. Topics discussed at the meeting included housing needs for various population groups, constraints on the development of affordable housing, preferred locations for new housing, and the effectiveness of existing City of Capitola and Santa Cruz County housing programs.
