The Congress for the New Urbanism

As a subconsultant to the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU), Sarah Pulleyblank Patrick researched existing environmental performance measures, smart growth scorecards and other land development rating systems. The resulting compilation, which included a brief analysis of each rating system, was used as key background information for CNU's Environment Task Force in their joint effort with the U.S. Green Building Council to develop the LEED for Neighborhood Developments rating system.*
