San Joaquin County Regional Bicycle Plan

San Joaquin Council of Governments

David Early aided the County in preparing its first bicycle plan. Mr. Early and the project team led four public workshops throughout the County to identify bicycling needs and opportunities. Mr. Early also served as a technical advisor on the plan, which identified safe and enjoyable bikeways to link the County's cities and recommended innovative programs to encourage bicycle commuting.*
