Lodi Bicycle Transportation Master Plan

David Early managed the preparation of this Central Valley town's first bicycle plan. The plan resulted in the identification of a city-wide bicycle transportation network to provide safe and attractive bicycling routes. Schematic plans and costs for all improvements were included. The planning process included an analysis of existing conditions and two public workshops.*
