Larkspur Ferry Terminal Access Improvement Study

David Early served as a subconsultant member of a group led by Fehr & Peers Associates that drafted plans to improve roadway, pedestrian and bicycle access to the Larkspur Ferry Terminal. Mr. Early led a team that fulfilled four distinct roles on the project:

• Designing the public participation process and leading public workshops;
• Developing urban design concepts for the access improvements;
• Advising the project team on bicycle and pedestrian access issues; and
• Completing environmental pre-screening of the project.*
