Napa County Congestion Management Authority

Working with Wilbur Smith Associates, DC&E helped prepare a bicycle plan to link Napa County's cities with each other and with surrounding communities and recreational areas. DC&E reviewed potential bikeways in the field and provided environmental review for the project, which was intended to result in an Expanded Initial Study and Negative Declaration.
